Vehicle Care Options

Whilst your vehicle is with us, rest assured you're in great hands. We offer a complimentary comprehensive assessment of your vehicle to keep you informed of its condition. The report is then sent to your electronically and a Service Advisor will take you through the results.

Using a colour coded traffic light system the electronic report will be easy to understand:

• GREEN means no action is required immediately
• AMBER means the work is advisory or needs to completed in the future
• RED means attention is required immediately

Once the technician has completed the Vehicle Health Check, you will receive an email with a link to your personalised video explaining their findings. In addition you will receive a fully proved quote for any repairs required and the option to authorise them or speak with an Advisor.
